Our core business, Long O Donnell has been practicing Quantity Surveying since our company inception in 1997. Our Quantity Surveyors have significant experience in handling commercial and contractual aspects of major projects throughout the world. Our core Quantity Surveying services range from onsite remeasurable works, contract assessments, claim/compensation event assessments, Project Manager Instructions (PMI) and progress chasing.

In particular our Quantity Surveyors have expertise in project and contract management typically reporting directly to the Project Manager providing advice and guidance through all phases of major projects.

At Long O Donnell we maintain our Quantity Surveyors competence to very high standards including RICS and many of our Quantity Surveyors are Chartered Surveyors.
