Project Outline

Sport Ireland (SI) established a framework for the provision of Construction Procurement Consultancy Services for the future development of it’s Sport Ireland Campus, including projects executed by Sport Ireland and Sport Ireland Facilities DAC, on a wide range of projects.

Long O Donnell (LOD) were appointed as consultants to deliver an array of consultancy, contractor frameworks and individual contractor consultant appointments. These projects extended to the provision of procurement services on small and medium projects, small work, and procurement of materials and products as required. Whilst the scope of this framework covered the entire 520 acre campus, its focus and LODs initial involvement was to develop the initial costs and services relating to the procurement of Frameworks for key design team members, to develop projects from concept to completion. As an appointed Procurement Consultant for this Framework, LOD worked in line with Office of Government Procurement (OGP) Guidelines and Capital Works Management Framework.
